See Double Barrel Arch for directions. The author's first reaction to this photo was that Rob was playing tricks with his photo software. That upside-down pinnacle is actually there and is visible in the other photo; but not apparent because of the angle from which the photo was taken. This must be a one-of-a-kind phenomenon. How would such a formation form? The author has no explanation.
