AQUARIUS   Tarsa Platt is the son of the original Aquarius. After his father was slain by the renegade GLEA agent SCORPIO, young Tarsa joined with the other Zodiac children to form the New Zodiac. Brainstorm developed a serum which allows this ocean-dweller to live comfortably out of the sea. His twin sister Tara, (Pisces) chose to remain in their ocean home.
