Candy Anu has the power to transform herself into a pure energy being. She was one of the earliest recruits into the Superiors and served with distinction for many years. Recently, she pushed the limits of her power and tragedy ensued. She stayed in her energy form longer than the three minute limit she had always observed. The result: She is now permanently a pure energy creature, with seemingly all of her humanity deeply buried. The Aura being is currently being held in a containment chamber in the same federal laboratory where Philip Coschak developed his neo-nuclear project.The Aura energy form eventually escaped containment. Needing a human host to survive, it bonded to young MARCY MORAN. Marcy now resides in Dr. Antoine Pheghans' PHASE 4 project under constant supervision. Two beings in one, she struggles with Candy's personality which still exists, and is able to manifest some of Auras' abilities. With intense concentration, they can split into two separate entities, releasing the Aura energy being for a short period of time. She has been assigned the code name ASTRA.
