OPATZ NYOP was an inmate on NAGA-VITAR, the GLEA prison satellite. A native of the Undersea Planet, he was a brutal despot who brought his people to ruin and was finally taken into custody by the GLEA special powers corp agent DEVILFISH. Scorpio freed him from his prison and recruited him into his Zodiac. He bears the mantle of CANCER.
