Capricorns' true name is NOS EVITAN. He was an inmate at NAGA-VITAR (the GLEA prison satellite) until he was freed by Scorpio and recruited for his Zodiac. Nos is a master of an ancient form of martial arts. He was imprisoned for starting a revolution on his homeworld, attempting to overthrow the royal family. (He is a native of the same world as Sagittarius.) Now a follower of Scorpio, he has assumed the role of Capricorn.
