QUETZCOATL, THE DRAGON MAN   Quetzcoatl was born in Space Adventure City. Originally he was just another of Sorcerers' genetic experiments, but the head geneticist took pity on him. Dr. Pheghan left the city, taking the infant Quetzcoatl with him, and raised him in seclusion. The youth emerged as DRAGON MAN. He now searches the world for other genetic "experiments" bringing them home to Pheghans' ranch, where they can live in peace.
