Toni Brigit was a member of the last incarnation of the Zodiac. Originally called STATIC, she adopted the name LIGHTNING when the hero originally using the name was slain by SCORPIO. She has moved to New York City to sort out her life and decide if she wants to continue the life of an adventurer.
