PISCES

Tara Platt is the twin sister of Tarsa Platt, and the daughter of the original Aquarius. Recently, after their father was slain by Scorpio, Tarsa went to Zodiac Mountain to become a founding member of the new Zodiac. Tara elected to remain in their ocean home, to be close to their mother and her beachhouse. (Their mother is an Earth woman with no special abilities.) Pisces is amphibious and can survive out of water far longer than her brother.
