TIBO

Brett Sanchez was an olympic-level archer and gifted science student When his parents were killed in an auto accident, SAGITTARIUS took the youth under his wing and trained him as a partner. He gave him the name TIBO, which means "hunter" on his homeworld. Brett has designed a huge number of high-tech arrows, adapting alien technology he scavenged when the GLEA rebuilt Zodiac Mountain. He is now a member of the teen-group JUSTIFIERS.
