Sarah Powell is the granddaughter of Jane Powell, the original Virgo. Jane was hurled back in time and ended up living out her life in the late 1800s-early 1900s. No one in the small town of Hattonfield ever suspected she was an extra-terrestrial. Her daughter (Edith) inherited her ability to fly and in turn passed it on to Sarah. She secretly trained Sarah for years. When the new Zodiac began forming, Sarah left home to become a member. The new Virgo is perhaps the most skilled flier in the I.C.G. universe.
