Ship / class history:
The Arkonian patrol ship is armed with two pulse cannons.
The Arkonian shuttle appeared in ENT: "Dawn". The vessel may be warp-capable, but more likely it was released from the Arkonian warship to intercept Trip's shuttle. It was also him who called the shuttle a "patrol ship", which was obviously an overstatement.
The model has previously appeared as "Alice" in VOY: "Alice". Although we couldn't see the full-scale mock-up very clearly, I assume it's still the same size.

Ship / class history:
The ship was seen in VOY: "Child's Play" as a decoy, emitting a false high-warp signature to get the attention of a Borg sphere. The model is a re-use of the Caatati vessel. Since the two civilizations are far apart and the Brunali ship doesn't seem to be as advanced as the Caatati vessel, I tend to ignore the similarity. The Brunali ship was not clearly visible anyway.
A ship that appeared inside a Borg Cube in VOY: "Collective" may have been another Brunali vessel or a Caatati vessel.

The shuttle is a re-use of the Cardassian Hideki class fighter. There are some modifications to the CGI model that may help to accept the much smaller size. The protruding structures on the top side are taller. The fork at the aft end was shortened, and something inserted between the two arms that looks like a propulsion system.

Ship / class history:
The shuttle was seen on a landing approach on Ceti Alpha V around 2166.
The shuttle appeared in a parallel reality in ENT: "Twilight", and it was implied that it carried Phlox to Ceti Alpha V. The origin of the design is uncertain, but since he came directly from Denobula, it is most likely Denobulan. It may well exist in a better future too. The model may be a new design or a modification of the Mazarite shuttle.
Another shuttle that previously transferred Phlox's wife Feezal to Enterprise was a re-use of the early Ferengi ship, the Ferengi being an unknown race at that time. It would only unnecessarily complicate the matter if we claimed this was another Denobulan vessel.

Ferengi Shuttle owned by Quark in 2372. Named Quark's Treasure and was given by Cousin Gaila in payment of an old business debt. In its maiden voyage to Earth when it was to transport Quark's nephew Nog to Starfleet Academy. During the voyage the command sequencer malfunctioned and the ship accelerated out of control and crashed landed on Earth in 1947 near an American Military Base near Roswell. However, Quarks Treasure was able to return to the 24th century but the ship was so badly damaged it had to be sold for passage back to Deep Space Nine.

Energy and propulsion systems
Primary energy source: One M/A warp system feeding two nacelles
Ship / class history:
This shuttle was seen on TNG "Gambit, Part2".
The Toron Class shuttle was launched in 2356 and is the standard shuttlecraft used by the Klingon Defense Force. The shuttle is easily customisable by the pilot althought the standard shuttle specifications include a micro warp engine capable of warp 6 for a short period of time. Her defense systems are also quite basic with a limited shield system and a single forward disruptor. The class is not equipped with a cloaking device due to the small size of the shuttle and the insufficient power output needed to power the cloaking device.
The Toron Class shuttle resembles a box with a pointed front end. The pilot sits at the front of the ship with a small viewscreen built into the windshield of the shuttle. Access to the shuttle is acheived via a large shuttle door at the aft of the shuttle. Behind the pilot's position is room for three more passenger seating although this can be removed if the pilot wanted the cargo capacity to be increased.

I always silently assumed that Lazarus was human, although this is not certain. The ship design was apparently unfamiliar to the Enterprise crew. This may be because Lazarus built it in secret for his weird crusade, or it is indeed a design by an unknown civilization.
It is not certain whether the shuttle is equipped with warp propulsion. We wouldn't expect such a small craft to be warp-capable, but there is a dilithium chamber in the forward wall.

Nothing is known about this small Nygean craft, except that it is equipped with a transporter.
The Benkarans are said to inhabit 10% of Nygean space, but occupy 80% of all space in Nygean prisons. I take it that the Benkarans have been subdued or slowly infiltrated by the Nygeans, so their ship, which attempted to rescue Iko in VOY: "Repentance", is listed here. Its actual origin remains unknown anyway.
The shuttle is a modification of Torat's/Kes's shuttle. The engine pods were moved to the wings. Smaller versions of the pods were put in their place on either side of the upper fin. Finally, the cockpit window in front was replaced with one row of smaller windows to suggest a larger size

Ship / class history:
The Romulan Shuttle is the equivalent of the Federation type Runabout. However, unlike the Danube Class Runabout the Romulan shuttle is much faster and has a extended range. It is also equipped with disruptors , torpedo launcher as well as a cloaking device. It is believed that these Romulan shuttles are used by many senior officials in the Romulan Empire. It is not clear if all shuttles are equipped with a cloaking device or are capable of speeds of warp 9.
However, it is known that many high ranking officials use the Romulan shuttle as a mode of transport. One such official was Senator Vreenak who traveled to a secret meeting on station Deep Space 9 in 2374 aboard a Romulan shuttle. Vreenak's ship was later destroyed, apparently by Dominion operatives.

USS Voyager carried one warp-capable shuttle of this type for seven years.
It is not clear whether this is a genuinely Talaxian design. When Neelix acquired the Baxial, his planet was probably under Haakonian occupation. It seems most likely that, after Neelix had emigrated or fled from Talax, he purchased the vessel at some other place.
At the first glance, the model looks like a modification of Jaheel's ship from DS9: "Babel". But Neelix's ship is a completely new CGI with only a similar mid section. Yet, there is no clue what the former freight containers are supposed to be on the Talaxian ship.

Surak-class starships are equipped with this type of large shuttles.
The shuttle could be seen in ENT: "Fallen Hero". It has a similar annular drive section as the larger vessels. A type of large shuttle used as auxiliary craft by the crew of Surak-class starships. One was used to collect Ambassador V'Lar from the Enterprise NX-01 in 2151 following her expulsion from the planet Mazar. Apparently warp-capable they employed an annular propulsion unit in a circular housing which was typical of contemporary Vulcan starship design. The hull was in two sections: the forward crew module was arrowhead shaped, while the rear module tapered to the stern.
