Summing up the vessels recognizable in both shots, we can distinguish the following designs, none of which appears to be longer than 50m here:
Hazari ship from VOY: "Think Tank". We don't really know the intended size of the original Hazari ship, but it seemed to be considerably larger than a shuttle. It is also questionable how and why the Hazari should have made all the way to the race.
Akritirian patrol ship from VOY: "The Chute". It is clearly much too small here. Although the Akritirian ship was re-used for the Ba'neth vessel in VOY: "Riddles" and will later appear as Lokirrim patrol ship in VOY: "Body and Soul", which would make it indigenous to this region of space, we must assume that this one is a completely different, much smaller design.
Devore warship from VOY: "Counterpoint". This is the most blatant scaling, knowing that it was previously supposed to be much larger than Voyager.
Irina's shuttle. This is the first new design.
Delta Flyer II
Wysanti ship from VOY: "Imperfection". We know that this design is small compared to Voyager, but we would still expect it to be considerably larger than the Delta Flyer, so it is out of scale too.
Ankari ship from VOY: "Equinox". We know that the Ankari may cover vast distances with their warp drive (which remains unexplained in the episode). Still, it is questionable whether they would take part in this race of local importance.
Assan's shuttle. This is the second new design.
Torat's and Kes's shuttle from VOY: "Counterpoint" and "Fury", respectively. This could be well the same design as in its previous two incarnations.
Monean ship/submarine from VOY: "Thirty Days". We certainly wouldn't expect the Moneans so far away from their water planet. Also, their vessels were clearly larger than they appear here.
Two ship designs used by the Qomar from VOY: "Virtuoso". Their original size is not certain, but their structure suggests that they have to be much longer than 50m, because otherwise there would be hardly any useful volume (even if we take into account that the average Qomar is only 1,50m tall).

Assan's shuttle is probably especially built or modified to take part in races.
Assan was a participant of the Antarian Transstellar Rally in VOY: "Drive". His shuttle is at most half as long as the Delta Flyer.
Assan's affiliation was not mentioned in the episode, only that he had been a ruthless fighter pilot. But from Neelix's live report we may conclude that he is either "Terellian" or "Imhotep".
Also notice the symbol of the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica on the wing.

This is a small prototype vessel to test the revolutionary coaxial warp drive. Unlike conventional warp drive, this propulsion concept is based on space folding.
In VOY: "Vis à Vis", the consciousness of the original test pilot Steth was replaced with that of an unknown alien entity. The angular design of the test ship is in strong contrast to the almost organic shapes of the Benthan patrol ships, but that may be because of its experimental nature. The design also appeared in the Antarian Transstellar Rally in VOY: "Drive."

The Hazari shuttle is an armed vessel of at most 20m length.
The Hazari shuttle examined the fake debris field and was towed into Voyager's shuttle bay in VOY: "Think Tank". Two shuttles were among the ships that attacked the Think Tank in the end.
The model might be the same that will later appear as the Wysanti ship, only that the Hazari version seems to have additional engine pods at the wing tips. Clearly the two designs can't be related. Although it is quite understandable as it helped to save costs, it is also problematic that the shuttle's interior is identical to that of the large Hazari ship.

Irina's ship is roughly the size of the Delta Flyer. It is a racing shuttle and very maneuverable at sublight speeds.
Irina took part in the Antarian Transstellar Rally in VOY: "Drive" with the intention to sabotage the race by blowing up the Delta Flyer. We have seen her ship in Voyager's shuttlebay. Considering that the Delta Flyer can barely pass through the shuttlebay doors, her even wider ship must have been beamed aboard. At least, that's the only possible explanation. The shuttle's warp drive is described as "fragmentary".
Irina's affiliation was not mentioned in the episode, only that she attempted to sabotage the race for political motives. But from Neelix's live report we may conclude that she is either "Terellian" or "Imhotep".

This is a shuttle capable of high warp and probably without weapons and defense systems. Torat used such a shuttle in VOY: "Counterpoint", Kes in VOY: "Fury". We don't know which species built the shuttles, and what is their true potential. Therefore it is most convenient to presume that the two shuttles are in fact the same type although they are encountered more than 10,000 light years apart. The same design also appeared in the Antarian Transstellar Rally in VOY: "Drive".

The Wysanti ship is a small vessel, but nothing else is known about the design. The Wysanti are the species of the Borg twins Rebi and Azan. Their ship was visible in VOY: "Imperfection". The same ship design was barely visible as the Aksani ship in the Antarian Transstellar Rally in VOY: "Drive" too. We may ignore this other appearance, like the many other ships that were scaled down in this episode.
