For shipping bows, I suggest a length of PVC pipe a few inches longer than your bow, well padded at both ends, and wide enough to accommodate the frog.  If you detach the frog from the stick, it is possible to use a narrower diameter pipe.  To do this, unscrew the button as when loosening the hair.  Then screw the button back into the detached frog.  Pad the frog separately and slip it into the pipe adjacent to the bow.
