What to do if you don't hear from us when you E-mail us, or after an auction ends: E-mail is not a perfect system. Once in a while E-mails get lost - this can happen due to downed E-mail servers, a SPAM detector on your computer or in use by your Internet Service Provider that may be rejecting legitimate E-mail, etc. If you are not getting a response from us, go to up the auction in question and click on the "Ask the seller a question" link. This will send an E-mail to us from Ebay's server which may bypass the problem by using a different E-mail server. We do not normally have access to E-mail on the weekends, so there may be some lag in answering E-mails sent to us over the weekend. We try to answer all E-mails within 24 hours except on weekends.
