We at RCBoyz want everyone that buys from us to get a positive feedback. We leave feedback when you have received your item and are happy with the product. When you receive your item, please post feedback to our account to let us know that you have received your item and it meets your expectations and we will return your feedback within 24 hours. If you post feedback for us and it is not returned, please E-mail us and we will get it taken care of for you. 

In general, we leave only positive feedback. We reserve neutral or negative feedbacks for extreme cases. (Generally non-paying bidders, people who do not cooperate with us to correct a problem if it occurs). We want everyone to be happy with their item - if there is a problem we expect our customers to give us a chance to correct the problem before it becomes a feedback issue. As a customer Service oriented company, we will go out of our way to make it right for you. We also believe that it is our responsibility to work with bidders to resolve problems that they are having before we leave neutral or negative feedback. If your payment is going to be a few days late - let us know. As long as you work with us to resolve a problem you will usually end up with a positive feedback.
