Combined Shipping:
We do offer combined shipping for our bidders who purchase more than one item. If you win multiple items, E-mail us with a list of the items you've won and we will send you a total with combined shipping. We require that a single payment be made for the entire order for you to receive combined shipping. (If you send payments separately, it is nearly impossible to match the payments up to ship together - and we are charged an extra $0.35 in bank fees for each payment made. Making a single payment helps us keep our costs - and therefore your prices- down.)
Shipping Methods:
We know that whenever someone purchases an item on-line, they are anxious for the part to arrive. We ship 99% of our parts out either the same day we receive payment, or the next business day. (Sorry, we do not ship on weekends). We use several different shipping methods depending on your needs and how much you paid in shipping. If you need a specific form of shipping, please E-mail us for new shipping charges. The transit time of your package once we ship it is listed below:
First Class Mail: Usually quick (3-5days), but can take 3-14 days depending on how fast the postal service is feeling that week.
Priority Mail: Averages 2-3 day delivery within the US. The post office does not guarantee a specific delivery date on Priority Mail.
Express Mail: Guaranteed delivery times - Overnight to most areas, 2-day delivery to some areas. (cutoff times apply)
UPS Ground: 2-8 day delivery depending on your location
UPS 3-Day: Guaranteed Delivery within 3 Business days.
UPS 2-Day: Guaranteed 2-Day Delivery
UPS Overnight: Guaranteed Overnight Delivery (Cutoff times apply)
Lost Packages: It is rare that a package is lost, but it does occasionally happen. The Postal Service will not let us declare a package lost until 30 days after mailing. This allows time for stray packages to be delivered. Because of this, any packages mailed via the postal service will not be considered lost until 30 days have passed. At that point, we will issue either a refund or replacement to you while we file a claim with the post office. UPS lets us files claims earlier depending on the type of service used.
Damaged Packages: If the item you receive has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the delivery service. Please save all the packaging materials as they will be needed for inspection by the delivering carrier.
