Anna Margaretha Brossman was born on 23 May 1734 in Klarenthal, Germany.^1,7 She was baptized on 27 May 1734 in Klarenthal, Germany.⁷ She was baptized at the church in Gersweiler village and the sponsers were Hanß Nickel, Anna Margretha Huber and Carolina Stieffel. She was confirmed on 14 May 1749 in Christ Lutheran Church, Stouchsburg, Berks Co., PA. Anna died about 1817 at the age of 83 in Maryland.

Anna Margaretha Brossman and Hans Jacob Rossell (Russell) were married about 1753. Hans Jacob Rossell (Russell), son of Hans Jacob Rossell (Russell) and Verena Weber(Waber), was born in 1726 in Switzerland. He died on 7 February 1798 at the age of 72. He was buried in Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Keedysville, Washington Co., MD.
