Walter Robert Brossman, Colorado Springs, Nov. 10. He served at Colorado College's first vice president of development from 1956-1981. Packard Hall, Armstrong Hall and Tutt Library were all built on the fruits of his labor. Survivors include his son, Robert Brossman '83, daughter, Beth Brossman Hollowell '86. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Ann Brossman '81.
