| The godparents and witnesses at his christening were Tosten Paulsen Andvord and his wife, Sigvald R. Blaker, Anders O. Stamstad, Marie K. Haugen, and Elen J. Haugen. He was at the Stamstad farm at the 1865 Norwegian census with his mother and grandmother. He was not seen there at the 1875 census, so it is most likely that he had died by then, though he might have emigrated with his father [rechecked, not seen], uncles, or cousins. | ||||||||||||
