While painted based on my interpretations of the kit instructions, this one was glued together and rigged for lighting. I managed, for the most part, to avoid the need for transparent parts by placing the bulb right behind the section to be lit. |
| While the base for this kit is along the same lines as the one for the
Enterprise-B and E, I was able to run the wiring up the sides with little
difficulty.
All in all, I was very pleased with how the kit turned out, especially since I was building another Defiant for a friend at the same time. |
