The Tremere warlock Irina DeChevalier.
During the Halloween 2030 festivities at the Succubus Club, Irina, like many of the patrons that night, was distracted by the activities of Angelique and Kitty.

As a result of her distraction, she failed to notice John alter the structure of her drink. The mutagen gave her blond hair as well as the ears and tail.

She was easily able to revert the hair, but the tail and ears proved more stubborn.

During the New Year's Eve 2030 festivities at the Succubus Club, Irina decided to keep the gifts John had given her at Halloween and concede his victory in their little contest.
As a show of this, she reverted her hair to the same blonde that he had given it at Halloween.
